Roz Paton, Director of Pronzato HR Consulting has a track record of delivering training to small and large businesses for over 25 years.

As such, Pronzato HR Consulting offers a programme of "Up-Skilling during Lean Times". It is a flexible approach to help businesses achieve best value for money across a wide range of subjects. We offer half day workshops for up to 10 employees or we can tailor training activity using team meetings, as part of a package of interventions.

Management and Leadership Development

We help businesses to develop long term business objectives, business values and then behaviour and performance competencies to underpin those values.

Our 4 Day Leadership Development Programme helps management consider how to deliver transformational change in their business over a 5 year plan. Our Programme is for middle and senior business managers and would be appropriate across all business sectors. The Programme allows for periods of consolidation and deployment "back in the business" and each participant would develop a comprehensive Learning and Development Plan by the end of the programme.
